(Updated Review 7/31/2024) This app is still terrible. The wait times are always incorrect and the user interface is still just as clunky as it was 11 years ago. The thing is, if the wait times were accurate this app would be fine. But here we are over a decade later and this app can't get that one part correct. |

The biggest problem is that the wait times are not even close to accurate, which is the main reason to use the app. There are also plenty of "features" that simply redirect you to the website. I also wish there were more options for mobile food ordering and better features for this, like pay with Google at check out. |

The bad: the ride wait times information is awful. either the information doesn't refresh or the app just does not work accurately. The app told us rides were 60 or more minutes only for us to find them at only a 5 or 10 minute wait. Other tides were a 10 minutr wait but were closer to 50 minutes. |

Then everyone sees the (inaccurate) 10-minute wait and swarms the line, turning a 60+ minute wait into a 120-minute wait. Meanwhile the app still says 10 minutes. To make matters worse the park doesn't clearly post wait times throughout the line (as in "approx 60 minutes from this point") so the whole system is flawed. |

However it only lists the wait times for those with fast passes. So the app may list a ride as a 15 to 30 minute wait but if you don't have fast pass when you get to the ride it's really a 60 to 90 minute wait. That really messed up my plans at the park and we didn't get to go on many rides at all. I would've preferred a paper map but they're not available. |
