I have a very bad user experience with them. I have sent them a message, even to an e-mail address, and ask them to modify a road status that is open for cars for over 9 months, and even today that road appears closed on Here maps (all other apps like Waze, Organic Maps, Petal, Magic Earth etc. have changed the road status to open). If that area is not familiar for a driver and he uses Here WeGo maps, he must made a 40 km detour because the road appears closed on their maps.

1. Mobile Map creator is missing display check option in mobile mapcreator as In web mapcreator. 2. Uploading size should be increased to 15mb, now a days every cellphone photos are having close to 10mb when captured with high quality image. I am trying to upload photos but I am recieving invalid format as an error with error code 500. Not sure what it is but seems to be image size issue. 3. No option for reporting an issue, we have that function in web app but not on mobile app?

When I report a missing road for our newly built housing, I don't seem to see it in my feeds tab. I can see the house numbers I've added in the address tab but report for the roads are always empty. Also no clear indication of when reports will be approved.
