Most of the issue is long loading times (sometimes not loading at all) and glitching. Its supposed to help speed up the process, but in return it just delays it and causes frustration, especially when you have to uninstall and reinstall everytime you turn around. I couldnt even get in until i did that. And no matter what you will always take forever inputting your payment info bc of this also. | |

Or at least ask us what flavors we like or don't like and show a list of options that we would enjoy. For example, I don't like peach, watermelon, or grape and there is no way to tell which ones have it and which ones don't. I would change this to 5 stars if the app or website or anything would contain the flavors. | |

Along with all the other issues everyone else has mentioned, This app is a complete failure. When it does work it's great but that's about 1% of the time. The only reason I use it is because my local herbal life store uses it and it's the only way I can place my order ahead of time. | |

I have changed my password and it will not take it right after I change it. Also, now it will not even connect me to change my password again. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I'm done trying. | |

Every time I write in special instructions to not include collagen in my tea, the employees never get the instructions and then argue with me that I didn't put it in. The app also has shut me out and made me change my password on multiple occasions. It is not convenient when you are in a hurry and the app will not work or you get to work and realize your order is wrong. I am a millennial and would much rather walk into the shop and order like we used to be able to. Not happy. | |

It has completely broken 5 (!!!) times in the 2 months I have been using it requiring me to completely uninstall/reinstall to get it to work again. Trash. | |
