the app only works when it decides it wants to. every time I try to log into the reports page, it takes so long to load that is crashes out. how is this company multi-billion in revenue but can't have a working app ... get it together so we can actually do our work

APP freezes a lot. Even while registration, it took me 7 attempts to fill it. I could not create a single item in the menu as it keeps crashing. Please rectify it to be able to use it. Thanks. Don't take it as negative feedback. But points observed for improvement.

App freezes less than 3 minutes into menu management. Notifications do not come in on s21 ultra. Payments cannot be made on the app by the customer. Basically makes the app pointless.
