When it does pickup the address, it then says there are no riders and even then it doesn't accept cards cause it crashes or doesn't recognize any card information. I reinstalled at least 5 times and each time it doesn't work. This app needs to be removed and worked on before it can be released to the public again. Don't bother installing, you'll only waste your time. |

Also, it's cheaper to get to the establishment by taxi than pay for the delivery charge. I just downloaded this app. Will be uninstalling shortly. Services like these cause huge losses within companies. |

The money was taken from my account but my order was never updated on the app. I'm not sure who I can reach out to to try and correct this. I've used this app many times in the past year and this is a first. |

The wait between ordering and delivery is too long and 9 times outta 10 they get your order wrong, they say you haven't paid enough or the bags contain your food are broken. You order an item only to hear it isn't available after placing your order and the very rarely get drunk orders right. |
