I'm disappointed in the lack of web features that aren't available on the app. For example, adding a new client or adding a task to a project. Both of these things are so incredibly valuable to have mobile for when your out networking so you can add their information to your CRM.
the service is good, the app and even the web version on mobile have got a tone of bugs that really annoy me. Primarily having to enter my account and password every time I open the app each day, and then type in a code from my email. No other app on my phone is this janky upon login. It needs a fingerprint login. Also every day without fail it asks me to review the app in the app store, even though I've already reviewed it. I came back and removed a star off my review for that.
