You guys a problem with your calendar system. This past month I was on your app to book a room after an event. My wife and I didn't want to drive home. I went onsite, saw a hotel with the date I selected, and I booked the room. When I got to hotel it said I was booked for next week. You and your team need to fix the availability of hotels versus pushing us to another date to book room. This happened 2 times using your app. This small fix will help your rankings and reviews.

It's gotten too buggy now, it doesn't load my bookings like or used to and I think the stamp system doesn't work anymore either. Edit: The new app is much better now and I can use ot better without it crashing on oddities anymore. I'm glad they made the overhaul more user friendly, only complaint now is that the new rewards system isn't as good as the old one.

Terrible terrible app. I can't log in, I can't manage my reservation. It's terrible. Customer service is unable to help. I made a reservation but without being able to log in to my account, the website/app has limited utility. Update. I tried this app again and there is no way to book a pet friendly hotel room. Due to the extreme limited utility of this app I'm removing it from my phone. I'm not sure why I ever downloaded it.
