Ads are constantly coming up every round and the worst part is that pressing the X to exit the ad doesn't work. It takes you to another page of the ad not once, not twice but three times. Further, on most ads, when you press X to exit the ad it will still take you to the Play Store to download the product they're advertising. This happenes often. And no, I don't want to buy the "no ads" option. I understand you need to advertise to make money, but this a bit too much. I'm deleting this app.

Extremely predatory adds that don't let you press the 'x' after time limit. Anytime it advertises another app, when you go to close the ad after time limit, it either launches that app or auto downloads it from play store if you don't have it. Tired of this, and not going to buy premium if this is the care the company uses in its business. Just to be clear, AD quality control is Wordfeud's business. The ad client is green lit by Wordfeud. So I expect more responsibility. This is the only issue.

My daughter and I play this game most every day. It's my favorite app of all the thousands or more apps! 😁 I like the new update look!! Choice of game boards. Greatest word game ever, app friendly, ease of use, yet challenging. It teaches you critical thinking and strategies; plus learning new words. I is the best word dictionary used, too. Does not fail like all the other scrabble apps, which I removed, once discovering Wordfeud. Great scoring points. Love it, love it, love it! 😁😉😊

I have turned on Notifications for Sound and there is no sound when the tiles are put on the board. THERE is not music at all. Other word games will give a noise when it's your turn to move. I don't like when I swapped out a letter I lost my turn to play. Where are the Rewards when you Win a Game? If you add some of these things I will play again. I love the Size of the Board. You just need to add Sound when it's the Players Time to Play in case We need to Step away from the Game.

The app has always used advertisements after every turn, but now those advertisements are auto downloading onto my device, like a virus. They put the button to force those downloads over your exit button. But even when this trick fails, and I don't click the auto download, I still find random software on my phone. Wasting space, wasting time, and reducing my device's security when I play this game.

Constant Temu ads after the most recent update make this a 1-star app. Here's my tip for everyone using this: an ad will always play as soon as you play a word, but it's faster to kill the app and reopen it. Don't wait for the ad. Just close the app immediately and go back in if you want to keep playing.

Way better than Words With Friends. Even if the vomitorium of ads weren't an issue, the barrage of participation gimmicks that WWF uses drove me straight into the arms of the simple and straightforward mechanics of WordFeud, and I'm having much more fun. The only thing I'd change is an option for the ads to play with muted audio, because I've accidentally wakened my spouse when making plays in bed late at night. It's always startling, and for that, I deducted one star.

It's a little bit non-user-friendly, on the main page, and even more so: it doesn't give any inclination for whether a word will go through or not, unless one hits "play" first. Most other Scrabble apps give a "green" (or something like that), to make sure the word is valid at first (before trying to send it or anything). Still some fix-ups to be made, but hey: The main reason I'm interested in this, is the "Random" Premium Word Squares. That's different from the others, so it's more unique.

When swapping tiles, about 75% of the time, I get multiples of the same consonants or vowels worth one point! Whatever algorithm used yields this result! Not realistic! When I played in years previously, I would win frequently win, but not now! Too frustrating, even is skilled in this game! DON'T BOTHER! Find another game that's challenging, but fair!

Very simple and easy to use. Not an excessive amount of ads or anything like that. I'm taking one star off because of no light mode option. The dark mode only is more difficult for me to look at and is a pretty common feature nowadays in my opinion. Not a knock against the game, but it would be nice if you could see whether your word was valid before you submitted it. However I can see why they might not do that.
