Your game problem is the ads. The ads sometimes not checked before it is launched. Some of the ads even freeze the app and sometimes the ads itself froze. Please do necessary things to repair

Scam. Buy something then delete the game. For sure, everything will reset because this game doesnt have log in account. You will loose ur money. Lots of ads. Same scam game like silent castle. Go with haunted dorm. Much bearable and enjoyable.
