    This app never has worked properly. Either I cannot login, or it never refreshes, or it never finds/shows any product in the new category. Anytime I launch from the notification bar, the app errors or doesn't show the item from the notification. I've tried this app on 2 different phones and get the same issues.

    Amazing because no matter how many times you use this app, each experience is worse than the last! The previous update removed the ability to save favorites and to filter by series. Why?? The only improvement is a slightly visually better page for viewing past orders, but they still lose a star because modifying any order placed before the update still requires you to leave the app. So now what is even the point of this app? May as well stick to the website.

    I Don't Know What Happened! This app was just fine, now it's a disaster!! No products displayed, finding anything is a nightmare, and don't get me started on the new checkout procedure...good luck on getting popular items when timing counts. Not that it will really matter because, again, there aren't any products to display anyway! What a joke, bring back the old version or at least fix this nonsense!!!!!

    Will not even log in anymore, says update then takes me to play store and just loops me back and forth. Update was horrible! I guess they will start losing business because of all of the problems they have. I guess the next step is to cancel my orders if I can ever log in again. Good job hasbro! OK here we go again, preorders coming out today and the app doesn't show any products. Says check filters but that isn't the problem. I'm barely holding on to purchase new products.

    The new user interface is horrible. Viewing your orders is buried within the app, and half the time I can not access my profile, it just flashes where the information would be. I have to keep re-inputting my phone number several times when trying to order. And yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and these issues still exist.

    10/22/24: Latest update hasn't fixed anything. The app freezes when choosing "Account" and then "Profile". 09/30/24: I want to view my recent purchases, and when I choose Account and then choose Profile, the app stalls and loads indefinitely. Everything else works fine, but choosing Profile causes the app to freeze. How do I view my recent purchases now?

    This used to be a good app, but unfortunately recent updates have made it nearly unusable. For example, the app "errored" when placing an order, but turned out it went through, so I ended up getting charged twice. Also, I'm unable to view my orders, as it looks to be getting stuck on load.

    Aside from being just a purchasing app for Hasbro's middling merchandise, the overall structure is not very user friendly. The app has a function that doesn't work correctly to narrow the field of items from a particular collection. Then it also holds limitations on purchasing items with no real checks to keep bad actors from buying and then flooding the secondary market with their ill-gotten gains. To say nothing of the poor performance of Hasbro over the last couple years.

    I don't know what they did when they updated their app. But the pictures won't hardly load to look at anything. I can't even look at my own profile, all it shows is like it's trying to load the page. Yet it just pulsates and nothing comes up, whether on wifi or using data.

    Why the heck am I updating this app every other day at this point. It doesn't do anything significant other than display the web page in a new way. Clock on a notification... "Oh,F you! Go update first then never be able to get to where the notification was sending you". Infuriating... It's gotten worse "did you forget something?" So .. I @((_+$ ordered the thing I was looking at that I clicked on from the earlier notification. FFS stop spamming ppl. Keep track of state better.
