2024-06-28 | Fred M | I've been using this app for a long time and it's great to be able to have all of my account information on hand. But every so often it decides to randomly screw up my balances. Last week when I did my checkbook, it was accurate. But now for some reason it showing me off by over $10,000. After going back over 3 months trying to find where it went wrong, I gave up and just added a transaction to fix it. Accurate last week but now showing inaccurate for months. | |
2023-09-24 | M S Y | I have been using this app to record all my freelance income since 2015, loving the Reports, Sync and all its Database Tools . The repeated transaction options are also very useful, letting you set the date range or times to repeat, which are rare to find on other similar and much more expensive apps. The interface is very intuitive, colorful, easy to navigate and understand. I only wish they'd also make a version for iOS. I have to keep two phones, Android and iPhone, because I cannot find anything close to this app on iOS. | |

2023-07-10 | Jennifer VanHouter | I've been using this for a decade or more (Easy money before), and it has had issues here and there, but overall, I'd give it 5 stars. Since the 6/28/23 update, it crashes and will not open. The error message says to clear cache, but that didn't work. I also tried to reinstall, and I sent an email and an inquiry through their website, and no one answered so far. I updated after the fix. Still a bit weary but I'll keep using it. | |

I've lost months of transactions and my balance is currently an absolute disaster. App keeps crashing after recent update. Will not even open. I am a paying subscriber and use this app every single day to manage my bank account. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and cleared the cache. Nothing helps. Please provide assistance ASAP!! | |

It was working fine up until 2 days ago but yesterday, it began crashing and a message shows up stating that the app is experiencing a bug and that it should be restarted after the developer produces a fix. So far, no fix is available. I have a lifetime subscription to this app and, as noted, I rely on it every day for every transaction, both personal and professional. Please fix quickly! Thank you! | |
2023-07-03 | Jason Lee | The latest update for Android 12 storage optimizations will not launch. The splash screen displays briefly then back to the home screen. Repeated attempts cause the app is not responding system error to display. This is horrible. Every time this app gets an update it will not launch. After clearing data or reinstall the app will prompt for notification permission but never storage. People rely on finance software daily. Do you even test your product before release? I can record all of my transactions, categorized exactly how I want it, and then see a summary of where my money is going with the reports feature. All of the different views in the app have the same quick select options for setting the time range being viewed, which brings a nice consistency to the app. Purchasing the lifetime premium is definitely worth it. | |

But as of lately, whenever I mark a bill as paid, it makes two of that bill in my account (one cleared and one uncleared). I had to delete my transaction history from the beginning to last month in order to fix this. Please address this issue immediately. I don't want to quit on an app I've loved using for so long! | |
2022-02-28 | Kenisha Speights | I love using this app, however, the developers have to do better with cloud syncing. Whenever I get a new phone all of my info resets and that's a pain. Also, when I try to change my subscription I automatically redirected to my phone's home screen. There are a lot of kinks that needs to be ironed out, but I will continue to use this app because it is extremely beneficial to my finances. |
