Same problem with lightbulbs resetting themselves. 2022 review: Lights keep forgetting their connection, causing them to go into blink mode, in the middle of the night. I just want my lights to work and this intense blinking is gonna give me a seizure before I can manage to reset it. This is like the twentiest time I have to do this. | |

2024-09-17 | Arpad | It is impossible to connect the outlets and one goes in circles with the slow blinking pairing mode - connecting to smartlifeedb45 or whatever the devices wifi is leads you to an unusable connection where one has to hit ok and give up. The app won't even try connecting unless the router with wifi is not also connected to the internet, as if the connection between my app and my phone and the device on the same local wifi network needed a third party in domewhere in the world to do anything. đ | |

2024-09-10 | Andras Szilagyi | I have a motion sensor, the program worked fine until about a week ago. Now the push notifications have completely stopped. Not sure what's happening. Removed, added, uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, deleted cache, no result. Permissions are set OK. Update: I just realized I can add my Hama motion sensor in the Tuya Smart app instead of Hama Smart Home, and the notifications work fine with Tuya Smart. Problem solved! | |

Automation is easy to set up, the only weak point is the notifications - they are not always available and mostly too general. The only thing that does NOT work at all is the history and analysis tab. It is not scrollable, so you can only view the current day, month or year. Data points are only shown on full time steps (every full hour or day) and rounded to the nearest integer (e.g. 17.5° -> 18°)! Neither X nor Y scale. | |
2023-06-01 | Tomasz Zawisza | It is impossible to pair witg the power strip with either method. I just replaced it with the new one and behavior is exactly the same so I am guessing this may be the app issue. Please fix it asap as currebtly your devices are useless. |
