Integral to my life for many years now. Habitica has helped me move my life forward so much. And there's so much gear to collect that it makes customizing your character so much fun. But you can also ignore that and just use it as a task/habit app. The devs and community are awesome too. Really nothing bad to say other than some minor mobile improvements could be made. Habitica is awesome.

I do not see a desire for improvement from habitica's team. Years ago, I gave a suggestion for them to put in stats through Google forms. Years later, I became again frustrated that there were no improvements or fixes. I can not even see if I did something yesterday. So today, I again sent in my suggestion only to find out that the suggestions form is the exact same as it was three years ago. They evidently do not care. All I want is to see what I did and when I did it. Is that really so hard?

Wow! It takes a few weeks with this app to realize how unique it is. If you are the type of person who would like to present a negative consequence to not fulfilling your task, this app does it in a fun, safe way. For example. A goal of mine is to eat more meals during the day. (I usually eat one a day) With this app I was able to personally fine tune things so that I would get rewarded if I ate a meal on time. But every hour after that meal I can enter a "minus', able to subtract points.

Really loved at the start, super motivating and fun. Unfortunately I've found as your level progresses, there really is lacking incentive. You can only get so many potions and food before it becomes useless. When you hit level 100 no more allocation points. There is a huge imbalance of hit points on bosses so often your hits count for nothing because one player does all the damage in less than a day. Gear doesn't get better or more powerful. Nothing to strive for in the higher levels. Bummer.

I really like the app. I had made my own quest log in the tasks app in my phone and added a widget but when I found this I really enjoyed the gamified tracking of tasks. My only suggestion at this time would be to maybe add the counters to the widgets for Habits. I would find that extremely helpful. I often have to open the app to make sure I'm tracking them right and it kinda defeats the purpose of my widget.

Tbh, lifeRPG is better in every way. I tried it since it seemed popular, and lifeRPG development has been really slow, and I cant back up my progress because of that which triggers my anxiety. This app is good for traking tasks, and habits, but theres no customization involved in the xp, money or HP, and i really dont like the idea of all my data being online, normally I dont care if google or whoever knows what kind of music I like or something, but a habit tracker has a lot more private info.

I rarely rate apps, but this app is really well done. Nothing essential is locked behind a paywall, but the benefits of the subscription are really nice without making me feel like I'm missing out on the free plan. This app is one of the only ones I've found that successfully helps me manage the ADHD procrastination, all around well done :)

This app has really helped me with self-care, and it's also fun, because once you complete a daily task or a good habit, you get health and experience so you can level up. Additionally, if it's a bad habit, you'll lose health. I also enjoy being able to customize my character and unlock stuff by leveling up. ⭐️ 5 stars! ⭐️

This app is very great for what it is. It is ad-free, gamifying your tasks with many customizations that allow for your activities to have an immediate effect that can help with people who have Adhd. Though there are some bugs with the current version, including the widgets for the app not working with the recent updates. In the past I have been able to press the tasks, quests, and dailies on the homescreen with a small chime and a bar telling the rewards, but now the buttons do nothing.

I can't log into the app! I try logging in with my Google account but it only gives me a blank drop down menu Edit 09.25: so apparently the text is white on a white background where you need to log in. So you gotta poke around to get into the app. This desperately needs to be fixed. But now that I can get in, I love it. Changing to 3 stars. It'll become 4 or 5 once that is fixed. UI/UX could use improvement there.
