Gyft? More like shyt. I have to use a gift card to buy a gift card and Amazon and best buy aren't available options. To me it's now like what's the point of this 50 dollars if I can't use the bug filled app to get the card I actually want.

Balances can be updated automatically for cards in the system. BUT, if it isn't in their system, you cannot add one manually, so this app is then useless to me. 1/1/2023 - trying this app again after many years. The first card I tried to add isn't in their system, and I can't add it manually. Its Starbucks. How is that not in their system and how can you STILL not add cards manually?

Unable to create account, couldn't spend $50 gift card. I got a $50 gyft card and went to the store to use it. I downloaded the app, went to create the account, and got "Sorry, you're not allowed to create an account." So, now I can't use my $50 and something that is supposed to be a nice gift has turned into an unusable frustration.
