Gusto is a payroll services company, not a bank. Gusto savings goals, spending account, and debit card are issued by nbkc bank, Member FDIC.

FDIC insurance is provided by nbkc bank, Member FDIC. Any balances you hold with nbkc bank, including but not limited to those balances held in Gusto accounts are added together and are insured up to $250,000 per depositor through nbkc bank, Member FDIC. If you have funds jointly owned, these funds would be separately insured for up to $250,000 for each joint account owner. nbkc bank utilizes a deposit network service, which means that at any given time, all, none, or a portion of the funds in your Gusto accounts may be placed into and held beneficially in your name at other depository institutions which are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). For a complete list of other depository institutions where funds may be placed, please visit https://www.cambr.com/bank-list. Balances moved to network banks are eligible for FDIC insurance once the funds arrive at a network bank. To learn more about pass-through deposit insurance applicable to your account, please see the Account Documentation. Additional information on FDIC insurance can be found at https://www.fdic.gov/resources/deposit-insurance/.

App has always worked fine until it updated last night. Now I can login to the app but the main screen won't load. Even if I try clicking on other tabs, it will try to load, then say my session expired and log me out of the app. EDIT: After posting this I tried logging in on chrome as well. The website would not load and eventually gave me a bad gateway error on the host side. So, Gusto, do better.

It's only useful for a minimal subset of functionality. But even then, the app doesn't work as well as the website. For instance, if you put in a time off request for a period that includes a holiday, the website will recognize the holiday and just deduct that from the request. The app just won't process the request at all. I figured this app would be better by now.

This app seriously sucks, I am having more issues with this app than any time keeping app I ever have used. I hit the take a break button, instead of putting me on break, it clocks me out. I thumbprint my login and it tells me that I am clocked out. The app is "horrible" it makes Chronos seem like the Hilton. Feedback 1. Bigger buttons and better spacing between them for people who dont have small hands. 2. Get the glitches worked out with the time keeping, it has caused more problems
