Unfortunately, this year, the experience so far has been really average. Seems that maintenance of guest experience has gone down. Things not working i.e. digital key on the app, dishwasher not drying dishes, broken towel holder, broken balcony's curtain, light out in the ice maker to name a few. Called housekeeping for room supplies-things were missing. Easy fix for 5 stars. |
