I had to go through the steps several times in the end I figured out it was my VPN was trying to connect to the scope. WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE: 1) the app should record sound. 2) landscape mode where the full screen is the video. Thanks. I currently screen record the app so I can have sound but it recorders vertical. | 2022-09-15 |  | | The instructions are very vague on activating the device. When you click on "activate device" it switches to a screen showing a RED BAR. Above the red bar is a generic password you will delete to create a new password. Then below it you have to re type that password to Confirm it. After creating the new password, type the new password in the prompt box and tap Confirm. If the device don't appear turn the device off, on, re connect and re open the T-vision app. AGM needs better instructions!!! |

Only thing I'm not sure of is the update device feature. Clicked the button once it was connect to the PC but nothing happened. Not sure if its fully up to date or just a dead button. Nice to use my phone to take pictures and video easily. |

It connects once in a blue moon, but only once, after which you need to factory reset the scope each time, and hope next time it connects. Thought I have a defective scope, but from other reviews where people experience the same issues with security cameras I see it's the app that is garbage. I understand it's a free app, but it's mentioned in the official manual, so I assume there is some kind if a partnership with the manufacturers? |
