| 2024-01-26 |  | | If I could give it no stars,I would. It either keeps freezing or just crashes. I want to leave a good review, but the issues make it hard. I get a login failed message at the select role screen. If I do finally manage to get logged in, i'll get a status exception and have to start all over again. I shouldn't have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the game from either Play Store or official site to get a stable game client. Customer service is lacking. |

And I can tell you I've never seen such an intriguing game like this when I downloaded it I thought it would be good and it was until the countless number of bugs, glitches, and pointless downloads. What's worse is the experience is break for an RPG game, when you add gameplay, it all goes downhill. I believe that this game still has potential. It can be fixed and they can do better |
| 2019-08-13 |  | | the graphics are nice, the abilities are fun, the leveling and character development has lots of depth. however, there are ridiculous level caps forcing you to auto grind for hours on mobs before you can move on to the next zero challenge quest. it feels like it's artificially forcing me to pay to progress. Another thing I don't like is the autopilot being allowed in arena, basically boiling it down to pure gear and taking skill out of the equation. lots of potential here, but.... |

However, alot is to be paid for not all but most. lots of bugs cause currently I can't even play showdown of the best cause I lose every match even against people 10 to 20 times weaker than I am. also the ratings for this is not true. I have seen more low ratings than high so I don't know how it is 4.5 stars. the biggest issues is the bugs and server problems and I am sure you all can relate. Great game which is why I still play. |
| 2019-05-27 | | | i dont like it. the leveling is way too fast. you level up everytime you talk to someone and you dont even really have to do anything except let your person auto around amd occasionally tap equip on new equipment or upgrade a skill. other than that its like watching a show almost but with the point of view of an mmo. This would be a better game if they removed the auto and chilled out with the experience points given. Everything feels rushed. Other than that its a good game and story line. |
| 2019-03-20 | | | Bugs galore! Most bugs likely due to game managers/developers keeping system requirements a secret. Cheap puny older phones cannot play this game properly! Also, recent new game modes are inspired to make you open your wallet to them more often, with little reward. There are far too many servers!!! Servers go dead with many players quitting and there is no option to move your character to a different server. Try MU Origins, it is a true MMO. |

The game has been glitched and broken for several months and every time they fix one thing they break another. Currently Assistant takes your Rubies even when it isn't checked. Lost a lot of ingame currency I've saved due to this newest bug. Quitting and taking my friends with. |

It seems fun for the first couple of days, then like any other mobile rpg it gets repetitive. Customer Service is nonexistent, I have an open tickets since November and one for about 2 weeks. I admit I do still "play" the game, but not for it's fun factor, more of the "I don't want to waste the account". You don't need to waste money to advance, but it will take time to level. |

As to gameplay, there's too much on the screen and this is difficult depending on screen size. Tried the PC mode, and it just installs Blustacks and installs the Android app. Tried to open a support ticket and it immediately vanished. Thought this was an error, but the ticket was opened and then labeled as completed. Not going to reinstall to fix any error, not worth the effort. |
| 2018-12-28 | | | I'm Succubus, Supreme level 86, top 20, playing since release, definitely an amazing game, I've been addicted to it so much, it's very friendly with people that have jobs too thanks to offline automation. Although I do wish "Showdown of the Best" was at random times, as I work night shift so I've never gotten to play it once. Great experience and you never get frustrated as the game is well balanced, its a pay to win game if you want 1st or top 3 though, but you can trade equipment for diamonds. |
