| 2024-11-23 |  | | Glitching now for 3 wks, and it's happening to other people from the reviews here, I've called several times and I have contacted the tech team they just give me the standard answer of the troubleshooting stuff which I've already done, I've double-checked everything and it still is doing it I feel like it's their problem they need to fix it we shouldn't have to deal with this as drivers and we should be able to listen to music while we drive or use ou Bluetooth they need to fix their app! |
| 2024-11-22 |  | | I've been a driver for almost 4 years and I've lost 70 percent of my income since last year. It's all technical glitches now, low pay & massive distances not worth the money. You may make lots of money one day and nerer make that again for months. Extremely inconsistent. Then using customer service to justify fraud and make every excuse possible why they are not responsible or accountabile for the systems coding stealing money on every order. It's not worth working anymore |
| 2024-11-22 |  | | App sends offers while I'm driving, forcing me to exit navigation app and reopen GrubHub app to check offers, which is unsafe. No in app navigation. Doesn't allow task-jumping even if it saves time. What have you changed regarding arrival time? I'm almost consistently 1 minute late because you set arrival time too short. Recent other arrival time =10 minutes. Maps it says it will take me 12 minutes to get there! How am I supposed to keep my rating up without breaking the law by speeding? |
| 2024-11-20 |  | | Every time I have to do an app update it completely screws up this app. It shows me I have missed offers when the notifications aren't even appearing on my phone. After the app update I pretty much have to clear the data and do all these things to get it to work properly and it's still not working. so now I lost out on my guarantee pay so there's really no point at that point and if I invest my energy in other areas I'll get penalized by the app even more. |
| 2024-11-19 |  | | Notifications will come through I'll hear the sound but nothing will pop up on my screen. And then it will say that I missed three orders and then kicked me out. And then it says I'm unavailable. And it gets Frozen on the screen where it says I missed three orders.. so my stats keep going down. I have contacted them and they do nothing about it. And I see that I'm not the only one having this issue. |
| 2024-11-19 |  | | This app makes other apps like Doordash look well made and smooth. I simply can't take orders, every time I turn on the app it starts ringing but no order shown. If I close the app and clean the cache and open the app again it show me endless notifications of missing orders, once it finishs it starts ringing and not showing orders again. The worse app for gig work. |
| 2024-11-17 |  | | **Reported problems back in August. Still haven't been fixed. This app is straight trash.** There is a massive issue with the app right now. Notifications are severely delayed, by the time they show up and I click on them the orders are gone and it has marked me as unavailable. Then it starts flashing, and will not let me get out of that screen. I have to force stop the app every time. I've tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Fix it. |
| 2024-11-17 |  | | App is delayed. When accepting an offer I have had it go to missed status three times now. I am not sure of the allotted time to accept an offer but when navigating a map while delivering or being on another active delivery or taking a picture for proof of delivery, it just isn't enough time to adequately respond to accept. So then it drops to a missed offer. This not only affects your acceptance rating but seems to be in correlation with offers coming in less often. Pay out to driver is low. |
| 2024-11-13 |  | | The worst app of the delivery apps out there. Multiple menus to navigate through to accept or decline an order, very unsafe. Constant crashes, ghost orders, the whole "you missed an order" glitches out. All around a horrible app that has not improved with time. Seriously, can't count the number of times this app crashes. |
| 2024-11-09 |  | | App glitches when an order comes in. Notification will ring, but when you go to the app to see the offer, nothing shows up. Then it turns off your availability for 3 missed offers when you can't even see them. Had it also spam me with the 3 missed offer notification for 5 minutes straight. Repeatedly. This needs to be fixed. |
