I have an issue for more than month now that I can't open the app, whenever I try to open it suddenly closed, I've deleted and reinstalled it with the same problem

A very good service with a very poor and narrow minds to manage. It's not acceptable at all that someone in the top management decided for any kind of reasons to postpone a trip for a full half an hour causing extreme delay and loss to passangers. Extreme misunderstanding of users needs and no estimation of cost of time from a service provider supposed to offer me time management and comfort. He suddenly lost half of his value because of such decision. 🤬🤬🤬

All the expected arrival time is wrong and to far some time it not refreshing the time and must uninstall the app and download it again to update the time refresh?? And near to the line starting move it give a fake time arriving
