| 2024-11-18 |  | | App is OK but the full video replays are missing sections. Often after commercials the game will have skipped ahead severals minutes. This has been going on for weeks. Can't believe it hasn't been fixed. I assume it has something to do with commercial cutting/editing. Pretty frustrating to miss sections of a replay! |
| 2024-11-17 |  | | For a paid app this app is very frustrating. Navigation is slow on a Sony smart TV. When watching a game the app crashes about 3 times per game. Then I need to restart the app and fast forward to get back to the game where the crash occurred. Surely the NFL can do a better job! I only get it to watch the Dolphins! Very frustrating! Please fix the app for the fans! |

But the app regularly won't let me stream, it tells me I need to subscribe, then it tells me I'm subscribed but still won't let me watch the game. The app interface is clunky, it's video play is not good, as others have mentioned it freezes when you rotate the screen. This is not a well run app, certainly not given the NFL's popularity. Extremely disappointed, do not bother wasting your money. I'm deleting |
| 2024-11-17 |  | | The app refuses to sign in on my phone and lags terribly on my phone and roku. When I tried to watch a game, I couldn't on my roku unless I had the premium sub, so I upgraded. Still couldn't watch the game and had to go through the Fox app. NFL had also charged for both subs instead of the difference, but I did get a refund for the regular sub. I tried to refund the premium sub and did get in touch with customer support, only to be ignored almost immediately. Would give 0 stars. Can't recommend. |
| 2024-11-16 |  | | Does okay for mobile. Purchased + plan so I could watch games on home TV but cannot until after games. This needs changed. Now after game views seem to crash throughout games. the app won't go to resume so you can continue from where the crash occurred so you have to start from the beginning. If the game crashes at end of 3rd quarter , which has happened 3 times this week, so the options are to watch from beginning or fumble, laggingly, 30 seconds at a time to get where you was. |

The app constantly freezes, the play by play function is not as accurate as it used to be. The app is constantly asking to connect to my TVwhen attempting to watch a video and then crashes. I started using the app 3 or 4 years ago and it was great, now I would rather go to the website than use the app. Why? |
| 2024-11-13 |  | | I don't use this app for much, occasionally to read news or look at scores. Recently it started running in the background constantly and will not stop. It has background data permission turned off and force close ot regularly it still keeps turning back on running in background eating up data and battery. Come to point I'm uninstall not worth the hassle. |

Using 1Gb fiber should have nearly zero video issues and only this app struggles to maintain quality streaming. Tried to watch a game replay day after and what a terrible experience. The screen was blank with audio and the controls lock up if you ever do get video. |

Never had an app freeze as bad as this. Funny how it couldnt make it through the half time show but froze at every other commercial during the breaks. I will state this was on the TV app that I was having issues. Just sickening. I had to restart the game several times before I gave up and mirrored the game from my phone to the TV. That wasn't great |
| 2024-11-11 |  | | Update 11/24: It is unbelievable to me that an organization like the NFL could make such a garbage app. The app will tell you you need to sign up for GamePass, (I already have) but when you click to "sign up" it says you can't because you are already signed up! For the second week in a row, huge sections of a replay game is missing. Often the audio is not in sync. Try to scrub around a game and the video freezes, and never loads. Garbage!!! |
