| 2024-12-17 |  | | Horrible app. Stream quality is terrible. On a great wired connection, the stream is choppy, lags, freezes & buffers constantly with the resolution set to 'auto'. And if you manually set it for anything HD, it's basically non-functional. Customer service is a joke with nothing but the usual suggestions of "restart/reload/reset" which do nothing because the problem is not with me, but with this amateurish effort of an app. The fact they are charging what they are is just criminal" |

Bring the possibility of split screen to watch Knicks and rangers game together (take a hint from YouTube TV). Make it a smoother experience. For the cost and the company that is responsible for this app, it couldn't be more disappointing and awful. Deserves zero stars or negative stars, if that was possible |
| 2024-12-13 |  | | signs me out regularly, also forgets that I've associated my FiOS tv subscription and have to redo that regularly. also is very choppy. oh, and it randomly doesn't let me stream from my phone to my Roku/Android TV. probably just as good as the msg plus app. but since most knicks games are blacked out for alternate streaming services, you kinda have no choice. yup, editing my review since it's gotten worse. app will not remember my login info nor my TV subscription. |
| 2024-12-12 |  | | Horrible app. I have had an ongoing issue with them for weeks now. When Gotham Sports premiered, i was able to get it downloaded and functioning on my Roku. A few weeks later, i tried to watch an Islander game on my Roku. I signed in, but when i tried to watch it said there was an error and call Gotham Sports. I've called their tech support 3 times -- i get the same response: the issue "is a KNOWN issue," but there is no solution. They keep making tickets, but no luck. DON' DOWNLOAD THIS APP |

Canceled auto renew but still can't get in touch with their customer service to request a refund since the product they sold does not work. Customer service escalates the issue and say someone will be in touch. Then, 4 days later, they email you suggesting the same thing the initial employee suggests. Pointless. Anyone wanting it should wait till they get their technical issues fixed. |

For a pricey subscription you'd expect something that works but because they know you have limited options to stream they can get away with the awful service they offer. If your here for any msg service you may be better off sticking with cable. |

On the TV, the screen just blacks out for a few seconds several times during the game. & Idk if it is Gotham or not, but full commercials while the game is in play is disgusting & I didn't see it so bad last year. |

And forget about pausing the game and coming back to it, you'll have to start from the beginning. Their fast forward/rewind option makes me think they've never seen this technology before. |

It works on my phone and laptop so i'll give 2 stars, but i want to watch on my tv. The msg app wasnt good but at least it worked. This has been bad especially at the price. And since you're charging 30$ a month, you need to do more to make it worth it. Its so basic. Let us rewind. Let us start from the beginning if we're late. |
| 2024-11-24 |  | | Absolutely terrible app! Barely works! I constantly have to uninstall and re-download to not get an error when opening the app on my Chromecast or TV. Not to mention, if I am even able to play the game I want to watch, it's so pixilated, laggy, and constantly crashes. Honestly, it is embarrassing for NY, one of the biggest sport city's in the world, to have such a laughing stock of an app. Absolutely garbage! |
