| 2024-11-23 |  | | The Last couple of days, I've not been able to see my emails. They sync, I can see who has emailed me, but when I open them, they're all blank, nothing loads. You can click view more, but it doesn't do anything. I tried to forward an email with an attachment to my work email to view on my desktop, but the email was blank and there was no attachment. I realized there was an update so I'm pretty sure it messed things up. I'm missing important emails!! 😡 |

How hard is it to add a setting so that when composing an outgoing email the bcc: is automatically populated with my archive address, or the cc: with my sender address. Ridiculous! Even MS Outlook can do this, and I have not seen any POP or IMAP client that can not. |

Once again I am deleting and spamming messages that I deleted and spammed already before going to work this morning. There's a serious issue with your app. Update 11/01/2024: Nothing new here. Still having the same issues. Aggravating to say the least. I delete dozens of emails only to turn around and have them pop back up and have to delete them all over again. 🙄👎 |

My important email is gone. I noticed the read below. I have fixed the problem. When you guys did a Gmail update, certain things in setting charge should not have been charged. Sync days were set to 30. Check ☑️ box delate of email and other thing. All these things were with our permission. |

What were you thinking, Google??? Took away another star. Nor is there any way to change the view to compact. It's just NOT THERE. *Added a star after seeing that they brought back the option to change the swipe settings. Thank you! There's still no way to go back to compact view, though. 🤬 |

It should have a feature to sort, arrange list of added email accounts. It is unbelievable that this feature still is not implemented. The second is that it contains and shows ads, which is highly unacceptable. |

I've tried putting it into deep sleep and restarting my phone obviously, but I'm afraid to uninstall and reinstall because I may lose data. The automatic response of" check here and if that doesn't work check here" from Google was not helpful. I had already checked seeing that was the automatic response to anyone complaining. |

It has been going downhill over the past year and a half. More and more bugs that make running a business harder and harder when you're sending dozens of time sensitive emails a day. A one star rating until this is resolved and I don't mean by telling me to go to a troubleshooting page! I would like to speak to a real person, and not what is obviously an automated response. The article is not an article, it's a freaking forum. That latest update did absolutely nothing. Please can I get a live chat with a real person. Stop sending me the link to that stupid forum. It was working okay for a couple of weeks, then it quit. |
