2024-10-16 | jim smith | Not quite sure about this yet. We had TV meters & a router installed other day but found all our devices login details & cookies were deleted without permission & device battery usage became very heavy. No back up or help. I'm not sure if we will continue. Update! The system has been working ok & we received our payment ok. Unfortunately the router has broken ( red light on continuously) and screenwise refuse to contact us despite messaging & emailing. Not sure whats going on?
2024-10-12 | Hector Garcia Jr | A one at the momment. Why after the last update. I have uninstalled more than I would like to count, but to no avail, your app does not acept my account information, yet if I use google browser no problem. I have read, looked and tried your instructions online. No help. Have monitor at home as well. Fix the app.
2024-08-13 | Karen Wilder | Downloaded the app and tried to log in using the exact same information I use on my computer. No good. Says my login failed. Tried multiple times. Still failed. "Showed" my password so I ensured I typed it in correctly. Still failed. This happened when I first signed up for the panel/got the meter for my home. Stopped trying for many many months. This needs to be fixed.
2024-06-20 | Sherry Stallard | There's not a lot that I have to do with this app. The hardest thing I've done was claim my rewards. The process was actual tap on claim my rewards, pick out how I want my rewards, tap it again. Done. The easiest money I have ever earned. I love this app.
2024-06-11 | Avogato1300 | This is really not worth your time. The website is hard to navigate when turning in credit, they as well do not communicate very well. Never received information on my account being deleted with no credit given to me. They insit they did communicate which makes for very deceiving practices. When you call you get a person you cannot understand or decifer what they are saying. really sad. ,
2024-02-02 | Albert Garibaldo | The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly. It would be beneficial to have a widget for the TV meter, allowing for convenienceof checking in and out without the need to search for the app or physically access the meter.
2023-09-15 | Bre Garrett | There are two items that are annoying: 1. When it says "Enable Accessibility data collection," Enable the Accessibility Service for Screenwise. I try every time to figure out how to do that, but I can't figure it out; 2. The second is when I get on the internet, and it repeatedly asks me to sign in when I'm already signed in. Neither happens very often, but it's still often enough to be frustrating. The former didn't start happening until the last year. Other than that, Screenwise is fine.
2023-04-21 | Dominique Woods (Domo) | Not much other than logging into metering. However with my new router it wants me to sign in to my wifi сonstamtly and repeatedly and on my usual browser it never even loads the page, saying there's a dns issue even though I've custom set my own DNS and set mode to static on my devices. Nothing seemed to fix this so I had to change browsers, then it would repeat the sign in process over and over.
2023-02-14 | Chuck T. Weegee | Worked fine until about a year ago when all of a sudden it asks to enable accessibility settings, which I do everytime it asks. Upon looking at it, it says the "Screenwise app isn't working, touch for info," and after looking it says the app is malfunctioning and I'm not sure what to do. It still pays out but I just want this problem to go away
2021-01-11 | Justin Williams | I have this on every device I own. I use the Screenwise router, the tv monitors and the PC browser ext. the program has changed a few times, but it's still going strong. this is a must use. sure they get your data, but their also "paying" you for it. I have nothing to hide anyways. |
