| 2024-11-11 |  | | Took too long to get to location in account to save my maps travel history and future travel and not sure I did it right. Not sure it will work. today is the deadline for travel history to be deleted. I received instructions weeks ago but due to priorities was not able to complete then. Those instructions were deleted and not repeated when I received warning change 11-11-24. Alli want to do is safe map history, shouldn't have to buy $29.99 in space to do it. Advice. |

So I'd be lost without this! Thank you, Google One, for being the best thing that you can download on google play! This also allows me to be a local guide! With multiple reviews being the most important app on Google for me! |
| 2024-11-05 |  | | While the upgrade holds much data, it is and has been impossible for me to manage with windows disappearing, closing and jumping from one to another. I can't even view/review my photos and videos with any consistency. Furthermore, your app/website said I had not upgraded even though I had and paid for it. This caused me to pay for another upgrade on a different account. Which does similar things. Please fix or return my money. I'm considering dropbox. Come on... |
| 2024-11-04 |  | | Terrible app. This thing backs up all my emails and photos and then tells me that it is full and will not allow any more emails or photos to be stored. Deleting anything from it is excessively time-consuming and difficult. Total garbage app. The response is unhelpful. I was on the site mentioned below for many hours today, deleting my Google One storage and canceling my subscription. Very unfriendly management tools. |
| 2024-11-02 |  | | It's not what I thought it was, but that's on me. I originally subscribed for the 2tb storage, thinking i could back up all of my devices, including my PC. Unfortunately, unless I overlooked something, you can only use it to back up your android devices; phone, tablet, chromebook, etc. The app otherwise works exactly how it's supposed to do, I just can't fathom needing all that extra storage for just my phone. |
| 2024-11-01 |  | | DO NOT depend on Google One to backup and restore your phone data -- it will eat your data and never give it back. I backed up my phone before doing a factory reset. I included my texts and contacts. When Google 1 "restored" my data, there were no contacts and no texts. here are 100s of posts on reddit and Google 1 complaining about this very issue. A week of back and forth with Google 1 tech support was a total waste of 20+ hours of time supplying screenshots and answering the same questions. |

I just found out I've been being charged $19.99 a month for Google one and a bunch of other services I don't even use and I have been trying all day to switch my plan BACK to the plan I subscribed to originally and it's like an endless rabbit hole with no results. They only give you options to upgrade your plan, not get a lower one. I'm so disappointed that Google has been charging me TWICE as much. |

Which isn't good because this app is used to back up things, not to mention I already have a major bone to pick with it since it removed over 8 years worth of texts, several of which were with deceased family members. This isnt compatible with iPhone and apparently its not compatible with laptops either. Im unable to sync my accounts so that i can access this benefit. Its infuriating especially since i have called Google and My phone carrier and they both were unable to resolve the issue. I shouldnt have to pay extra a month when this is already included in my plan. |
| 2024-10-07 |  | | I'm actually fine with One, but I'm mad T-MOBILE isn't letting me charge Play/3rd party purchases now. It needs to change back ASAP! It's a big help for budgeting! But for now, I'm paying for this add-on thru T-Mobile, but I can't figure out how to transfer my billing to where it's offered as an "add-on" from T-Mobile vs paying thru the Play Store. Please assist or send a link to the instructions. It shouldn't be this hard. Thanks! |
