| 2024-10-19 |  | | I despise this gallery, at best it's just a place to toss everything. You can't choose a thumbnail for a given album. You can't choose which albums are kept at the top. You can't just move pictures between albums without granting access for every move. The customization is lackluster at best. It DESPERATELY needs features like those available in Samsung Gallery. I want to stick with Google apps in general, but I can't with this. It's garbage. |
| 2024-10-16 |  | | One thing I really wished that it had is the ability to zoom in on a video while playing it. The other thing was if it was possible to choose an image of an album to set it as a cover image for that album. I could do these two on my Samsung phone with its built-in gallery app. But unfortunately can't to this on my new Motorola Edge Smartphone with this app. I hope you read my review and make these two options available in future updates. |
| 2024-08-10 |  | | Decide to check this out after Google Photos app bugged for a 20th time and stopped showing my sd card folders and photo. (Very annoying to fix as the fix doesn't always work) 🙄 So far I like the setup a lot more and the fact it has a select all button! You can't zoom in or out in the folders, but that's fine, they're still a good size in proportion to my screen. 🙂 One downside is there's no vault to hide images in. |
| 2024-07-09 |  | | It's a pretty good app. It was something I was looking for. But my main criticism is how plain it is. There is nothing nessicerly dynamic. I don't mean to make it exactly like Google photos, because it's much more easier to manage. However, you can't rename your albums. You would have to delete it and name it again. I wish there were more options and things you could do, like make a custom photo for an album. (Please take this into some account) Also fix bugs but that's about it. |
| 2024-05-28 |  | | It's a pretty straightforward gallery app. I would give it 4 or 5 stars EXCEPT I *hate* that, if I have two (or more) months worth of images, I cannot just select the images for the particular month. I can only select ALL or individually. That's *absurd*. If you want to select photos from a certain month and you have a large volume of them, you should be able to select it by the month. Otherwise, why have it grouped by month in the first place? That's a major development/application fail. |

Woke up this morning to find that the app deleted every photo I had saved on my phone, & I have to find a way of getting those pictures back. I hope you can actually make the app usable, because my photos, or anyone's photos getting deleted, is absolutely unacceptable. Edit: There's a serious issue w/ this app. Because I submitted my report & suddenly my pictures came back? You guys need to find a way to actually fix the bugs instead of pretending |
| 2024-03-03 |  | | Update: the recent release will not install, keeps erroring out and failing, been going on for over a month now. I like this app, simple to use, simple and user friendly design, NO ADS (which is hard to find for a gallery app), the perfect Gallery App! Google finally added the ability to sort the folders/albums by their name, which was the only flaw this app had. Highly recommend!! |
| 2024-02-10 |  | | This is a decent gallery app considering that it's free and has no ads. It's editing options are extremely limited, even in the mark-up view, so this can definitely be improved. My one star review is based on an apparent bug so you will hopefully see it. When in home view, if you do not have pics in a folder, the favorites and trash buttons/tabs disappear. | 2023-10-19 |  | | i mean... it's a gallery app with folders that can be sorted in the standard ways, no ads, and a dark mode option. if that's all you need, then it's perfect! - however, there are some drawbacks. you can't drag your finger to multi-select, no search, the folders are in 2 columns while the content of each folder are in 4 columns, you cannot move/copy/rename/delete the folders but you can move/copy/delete their content, the content of each folder are sorted (&grouped) by month - that's what I found |
| 2023-05-02 |  | | This app has access to all media and files on my device as well as my SD card but it doesn't automatically make folders or even back up new photo files that have been downloaded or even restored via the Google Photos app. This should at least be an option in the settings section. Also the connected photo editor on this app could use more options. Thank you, though, you guys. It has a simple interface and it's easy to use. |
