I constantly have an alert to update Google classroom but everytime I try to update, I get an alert stating that it can't complete the install. I have selected the option to send feedback several times. Still doesn't work. It's been doing this for over a year now. I also have plenty of memory space on my phone and have tried to clear the cache. I have also un-installed and downloaded it again. Still the same thing. |

As you could guess, this makes the app unusable. I am very disappointed to see others mentioning this months ago with no resolution to our problem. More times than not, when I have to upload a photo and I press the camera option, the picture does not save, even though I press the check mark, and the app returns me to the home page. It has been working from the initial install, tried deleting my personal account, when I went to open the school account, it recognized I was signed in, but flashed from one screen back to the Get Started page. I need this for a volunteer class my son is involved with at school during the summer. Tried the fix the Developer suggested, clear storage, cache, update app, restart phone... Every time I try to open the app it asks me to sign in, but once I click my account it acts like it's going to open then goes right back to the "get started" page, asking me to sign in again. I missed an important message today for my class because the app hasn't been working right. Frustrating. |
