| 2024-11-28 |  | | Agree with Ken &Travis. Just paid the year's sub and then 2 days later nothing was working right. I haven't been able to log in since about the 1st of Nov. I tried to trouble shoot that just it opens more links: no success. I have tried to contact customer support and explain it to them but I never hear anything back. I even downloaded the new launcher but I now have to create a new character. After playing for 20 years. I am so frustrated. |
| 2024-11-27 |  | | After most recent update, codes no longer sync properly. It appears the code displayed is delayed by around 10 seconds or so. The guidence is to go to "setting" and choose the time correction option but the only option within settings is "privacy screen". There is no option for a time correction. I will be looking to switch to another authenticator app. This app did not have this issue prior to the most recent update. |
| 2024-11-27 |  | | This is my first time trying an authenticator app and I have not been able to authenticate my account. I have been trying for two weeks unsuccessfully. I even asked a couple of people for assistance figuring maybe I was doing something wrong, but they couldn't get it to work either, so I guess it is just junk. I contacted support for the site I'm trying to authenticate and they told me to go get another authenticator so that is what I guess I need to do. This sucks! |
| 2024-11-23 |  | | App was working great until the latest update and after enabling the new security PIN/Pattern unlock feature. Now the Authenticator app requests repeatedly to "verify it's you" and never authenticates past the UX/UI prompt. My multitude of 2FA accounts and codes are now completely inaccessible nor can I attempt the workaround recommended by the developers to switch Google accounts. Please kindly push a new hotfix or update into production that corrects the UX/UI issues or reverts them. Thank you |
| 2024-11-22 |  | | Very frustrating app. The instructions, in my opinion, are vague at best. I installed, attempted to set up several times, and was a miserable experience every time. Really wanted it to function, is the only app I have that doesn't seem to have complete guidance to get it rolling. Seems as if part of the puzzle is absent, incomplete directions at least. I gave up on this app. Wasn't worth the aggravation it was causing. |
| 2024-11-21 |  | | I used to have 6 apps that used Google Authenticator, now there are none. When I clicked on the authenticator, I saw this sexy new interface showing NOTHING. When I looked carefully at the upper right corner, my ID picture was not there. I clicked on it and told the authenticator submenu which account to use. When I exited the menu, all the codes were now there. |

Zero reason to not be able to adjust the size of the font ourselves instead of having some drop out UX designer decide they think font for an 87 year old is the best choice. And fix your damn broken clock sync. Jfc. |

I have my display and font set to small because it is more comfortable for my eyes and while the search bar at the top follows these settings, the code headers and codes are so large on the screen I could probably read them from across a 20 foot room. Having such a large, unadjustable settings like this make this security app unsecure. |

If you're gonna make that change, it should also be a setting. - I am also running into clock issue someone else reported. |
| 2024-11-18 |  | | Absolute garbage! My authenticator codes for the accounts I use it for have suddenly disappeared. Reinstalling the app does nothing to restore them. I thought the data from the cloud would kick in but it hasn't. I'm now locked out of my business email and will need to jump through hoops with the host to restore it. Do not use this app! |
