Customer service is unhelpful, offering generic responses with no resolution. They later demanded unnecessary documents, which should’ve been handled earlier. This process has been frustrating and unprofessional. Goibibo’s lack of accountability and delayed refunds make it highly unreliable. I do not recommend their services to anyone. Avoid them! |

After payment and booking confirmation it's showing as non refundable. I tried to contact customer number, it won't get connected to the customer care executive, in app also no proper customer care support option. I am worried after reaching go if hotel guy says NO BOOKING from goibibo. |

I was attempting to make the booking, and the app doesn't let you complete the booking. Finally exhausting your time to book and charging money for price lock. Their customer service doesn't connect with any live agent to talk about the issue. |

Goibibo is now unilaterally charging us cancellation charges(originally Cancelled by the airlines itself and for which they got full refund from airlines) and have disabled all support channels(calls/email/chat) to raise any dispute. I would avoid booking from them in future and I am not sure if they will come for any support in case the bookings are not honored by the vendor. |
| 2024-11-25 |  | | Hotel room booked through your aap the name of the hotel is o welcome on your application but it doesn't exist no number is dialing through it and no directions is right on the aap it's a fake hotel no cancel button is showing and no customer support is available. It's around 1.23am of night and the person is standing on empty road for the hotel location it's very disappointed servise. Not expected from the application like you. It's 760 rupees you guys charged and no reply from hotel and u. Sad |

I have booked the train ticket but it was not confirmed then I tried to booked the tatkaal from this application the refunded 2X balance can't be use for Tatkaal and they have limitations such as you can not book the ticket from this station and you can only Book for those station which they have pre decided. I have every seen such false marketing and fooling to just make an profit. Don't |
