On 3 occasions, I have tried to contact Omio for assistance and have gotten nowhere. The trip tracking also does not work as well as other localised apps like Trainit and Trainline. |

A name change would have costed us €35 at first, then suddenly €70, and apparently it's impossible to cancel the flight ticket while we explicitly bought an extra option to do so. The app (and website" crashes when trying to cancel, customer service tells us "this specific ticket cannot be canceled". Extra bag also not refunded. |

Not only did my tickets say not valid for travel and no one at the stations could help, but there was a big cancellation due to a suspicious person at the station. The app didn't update whatsoever. Even when I add location permission it didn't show Barcelona Estacio de Nord as starting, which is the bus station of Barcelona. So very disappointed with this |

So In a time pressured situation I accidently end up buying for the day after. In addition, no platform nr are shown. 2.) payment. Yesterday it kept declining my purchases so I misses the first Train. Connection was fine so no apparent reason on user end. Suddenly it goes through on the 4-5th try. Same card. Same connection. |

I highly recommend this Omio site, to anyone who would like to spend less wasted moments, when booking their travel, and have an extremely streamlined itinerary, etc. And the people are ready with a helping hand, if you ever need assistance, and it is so simple; it's like child's play.
