In a day and age where headphone quality is such a priority, I really wish hearing aids were included. Android users beware, I have to sync up my hearing aids to the app multiple times a day in order for them to stay connected. But my phone and the app are all updated, but what used to be an every-other day occurrence is now a multiple times a day occurrence. I wish they told me apple phones don't have the same issue before I got these.

The App crashes and loses connection to Hearing Aids constantly. The App excessively drains the phones battery due to active location being required at all times. The included equalizer has only 3 bands. Jabra needs to address all of this, especially the constant crashes before anyone considers their purchasing Jabra Hearing Aids. Notice the lack of response from Jabra to many the many of concerns and complaints in reviews here.

Very dissatisfied, especially with tv streamer. Half the time it drops out or won't connect. Normal hearing aid functions ok, but not with the TV-streamer+ device. Also Message notification sounds don't work when hearing aids on. App and TV-streamer+ appear quite buggy. My cell is Samsung S24 Ultra. My wife using same Jabra Pro hearing aids on her Samsung S23 Ultra. We'll see if Costco Hearing Aid dept can correct these problems. Also, msg & alarm notifications stop TV-streamer+.
