UI is great however You can't pull down to refresh app balance. You can't upload proof of transaction as their is no permissions prompt. Biometrics login doesn't work.Just use the web version. Please fix the app.

Emmanuel Olaosebikan, 2024-10-05This application just chose the wrong time to steal from me.. Bought a card with the receipt and immediately went to trade but they said it's been redeemed. Bunch of thieves. Used this application for over three years and had some decline issues but this one is a fat lie. Another shame to the countrycountry and the application with customer care number! Just use CARDTONIC if you must trade.. I'm not a hater and you can email me for proof and screenshot of my three years transactions with Glover

steven Igwekezie, 2024-09-20The bad reviews here are no joke, and these issues have still not been resolved up till this time. A simple airtime to cash transaction would have you sending emails back and forth only to have them repeatedly deny receiving the amount sent even after making you go through the extra stress of contacting your mobile service provider to confirm the transaction. Complete abysmal experience.
