I had it hooked up to my Bluetooth speaker and it blared FULL VOLUME when the test order came in. I lowered my phone volume and then it raised it to full volume to blare at me again. Not okay!!!! | 2024-02-07 |  | | I have been using this app. firstly, the bookings comes in a random format. it should be segregated with the day date & time so it's easy to see which date , day & time you have how many orders. Second the default notification sound its very loud & if you mute it then you miss bookings and if you keep it on it gets awkward in public. |

The point is, my clients usually don't want to keep the screen available in the whole shift. Maybe it is hard for you to make that in Android, maybe that is some kind of license. But I hope you guys keep up to work on this app. |

If you want to do anything else on my tablet like take in-person orders on another app or contact somebody from this app over email or phone you get the annoying really super loud chime and voice message. I went into the app to turn off all notifications and it doesn't work. Turned off all notifications and also turned off notification and alarms. It continues to chime it continues to make noise |

But I believe I speak for everyone when I say: Two things should be implemented in a future update and are an absolute must: a) Work-in-background and b) the option to adjust the notification sound. So far I only get losses (from missing orders) and mild heart attacks (from the extremely loud notification sound) |
