June 24. Listening on catch up is dreadful. Constantly freezes and crashes. Often forcing me to have to restart my phone. Nov 24. Additional comment. As suggested I contacted the support/ help section and have yet to receive a response 5months later. Still constantly crashing on catch up.

The app crashes constantly when attempting to play a programme that's already in progress from an earlier time. It messes up your phone as well and you have to force close it. As a kind of fix, it helps if you delete then data the restart it. It won't crash but will pause instead for a second or 2 then carries on.. Cue the standard email request nonsense - no thanks, you already know the problem, over 3000 people can't be wrong?

App keeps crashing, some times I start work late morning and listen on catch up, it can take me up to 8 times restarting the catch up before it will play properly and then it may choosers to closes down all together, it keeps telling me no Internet connection but everything else works fine. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!
