2024-11-14 | Samantha Rae Krebsbach | This app just keeps getting worse and worse. They've screwed up something with their username and password fields, so password managers can't auto populate. The interface to change your password rejects passwords that don't have a $. They also clearly store plain text passwords because they can tell when a password is "too similar" to old passwords; not possible without plain text pwds. Also, why don't they have transaction notifs? This credit union is wildly failing to keep up with modern day. | |

I can keep track of all my accounts, transfer funds from one account to another instantly, and keep track of my credit score all with the tip of my fingers! I also like the security measures. 2021-09-18 | Barb Leino | I like the old app better. I don't like it that now when I get notifications it doesn't have where the transaction is from. The accounts are only labeled with numbers and not names. Also, I use to get transaction notifications right away now I get them up to 2 days after the transaction. What good is that?!?! I liked when I could track my balance after each transaction. Now I can't get the login screen to come up. I'm uninstalling the app. | |
2021-09-09 | Angela Sepersky | New app doesn't show the names like "checking" or "savings" just account numbers. It doesn't show on the app my past balance. It asks for a password, when I'm already in my account, to transfer funds. Plus getting help on the phone is close to impossible. Unless you want to wait 45 min. Considering leaving for a different bank because of app. 9/9 app is still the worst. | |
2021-02-18 | Brandon Prusow | App looks nothing like the old version which isnt as big a deal, however when you went from calling accounts by their name ex checking, savings.... to just new numbers it makes it hard to figure out which account your looking at Edit: since this bank switch websites and app, they have gone downhill fast. I have had issues logging into my account multiples times and they have been down alot. I went days without being able to check my account without either coming into the branch or calling. | |
2021-01-04 | Ezra Carlson | Had issues with app since the release. The sudden change with little explanation of how this app works was annoying. It was okay (after some messing around to figure out the system) until recently. I've had issues with them logging me out without warning and then not being able to log in again even though I was using the correct user ID and password. I had to type the same thing multiple times with a message saying wasn't a correct username/password before it worked. I had to do this twice now. | |
2021-01-02 | Diane Beierle | I extremely miss the old app before the switch. I can't access any of my account history from beforehand, I can never see any of my credit card transaction history, and now all of a sudden all of my account history from before December 28th is gone. This app is absolutely garbage to be frank. It makes me furious how not user friendly it is and how much of a downgrade it is from the app prior to the switch in fall 2020. I beg you to go back to the previous app provider. | |

Can't reach anyone except being on hold, disconnected, or put on hold leaving voice mails. Barely worth doing business here. Most all of the reviews are bad...this should tell you something, but no one is listening. | |

Not only can you no longer see your balance after transactions are taken out but I have to call everytime I want to use it because it never likes my credentials. They are constantly having to reset my password. This also happens on my husbands app. The app upgrade was no good. Please please please put the balances back on the app. When trying to balance my checkbook, I need to go on a computer to do so. |
