You can tell the developer(s) use the app. Has two features I always wanted and/or needed in Adobe's PDF reader: a button for rotating the screen (genius) and the horizonal lock. The more I use it the more features I find which I didn't even think I needed! And to top it all: it's open-source! |
| 2024-06-15 |  | | I needed a viewer that could handle a long skinny PDF, similar to an HTML page, about 1x10 aspect ratio. A majority of PDF viewers, I discovered, do not do this well. MJPDF is an exception. It also has settings for sharpened rendering, as well as anti-aliasing. (Anti-aliasing is sometimes better left unset.) Finally, I noticed no ads, always a plus. |
| 2024-05-13 |  | | This is the best PDF viewer I have ever used! A suggestion: The dark theme works well on some of my PDFs, but on others it results in a dim white text (instead of bright white). I know this is a problem with my PDFs and not your application (the original text was almost black but not a perfect black). However, I do not encounter this issue when using my device's 'invert colours' option to change the theme. Perhaps an option to change the contrast would fix this, but I'll leave that upto you! |

Documents open easily and are easy to find, both on internal memory and sd card, and, once opened, all the hyperlinks in the document work really well, making it easy to navigate. And best of all, it's open source so there are no ads. This is without doubt a 5 star app and one I would highly recommend. Top marks to the developers for such a wonderful app that does exactly what it says it does. |

Clean, blazing fast, single tap for full screen. Edit: to make boarding pass open automatically in MJ PDF I change extension to ".pdfx" then set to "always open" in MJ PDF. |
| 2024-03-17 |  | | I love that it's such a lightweight app for simply viewing PDFs. It would be perfect app for my needs if it weren't for this big issue. The reader mode paragraph lines have no spacing, or is it called paragraph breaks? Either way, there's no way for me to adjust it so it makes it hard for me to read some PDFs. I hope improvements on that be made soon in the future |

My only real issue is that you have to use to many steps to increase font size and as a person who is near sighted that's a problem. It would be grate if you set up an easy way to increase font size without having to zoom and scroll all over the place just to read through even one page of a long document |
| 2024-02-08 |  | | This is one of the best pdf app until when I saw it is showing a error message that it can't open the pdf file. I turned on all the permission, yet this error shows. Also this app directly go to device file explorer while other apps just arrange all the device pdf without going to storage. Other than these two problems, all the other thing is good. I hope this app will keep updating along with current liteweight size, thank you 👍 |
| 2024-01-28 |  | | Instantly one of the best PDF viewers on Android. It's open-source and contains no ads whatsoever. Dark mode works great and you can instantly toggle between dark and light mode just in case. I would prefer if I could select and copy text in place but the solution to bring up a text only version of the PDF is also fine. The search function is refreshingly unorthodox. However, there should be a button or two to navigate between the results. Otherwise you have to search over and over again. |
| 2024-01-08 |  | | Actually just a good PDF reader! Every other app seemingly tries to cram in dozens of features (often paid-only), but this just WORKS. The search feature here puts other PDF apps to shame. I'm so used to clicking "next" multiple times that I was startled when a summary of search results came up! |
