Hải Đảo Nguyễn		 Horrible. I used the service at KLIA2 airport, but the chair was not working. I waited after 2 months with many text messages and emails asking for a refund, finally they replied that they cannot refund for me through the bank account because they checked and the system said the chair was working (while I have enough pictures and videos to prove that the chair only counted the time but didn't move at all), they said that they will refund by this app, and app did not work. Taehyun Hwang		 Horrible company. stay away from this app and massage machine. I installed and charged some money to use massage machine in KL Airport. Machine never works, and the timer in app just worked itself. I contacted the company twice, but no one reply and dont refund. Stay way from this app. Horrible company try to still money from people.

The		 Total waste of time. As a tourist from the UK visiting Malaysia, it was impossible for me to add tokens to my wallet. The payment options provided are not up to international tourist standards. It was so much easier if the massage chair simply accepted contactless card payments.

A Google user		 So many negative reviews, I'll leave my positive one. Registration asks for phone number from some specific countries, I live outside. However I was able to just fake the number as long as email is correct. Top up works fine with foreign credit card, used MasterCard Curve from UK. Just 10 MYR top up and was able to get a 30min massage. However it is missing a choice to start two simultaneous massages so I could have paid for a friend and myself.

A Google user		 The apps is just......ahh not helping at all. It works better with conventional way. Sit, put in the cash, massage. The apps idea is not practical. I hv spent 20mins to set up and top up (which doest work) just to have a 5mins massage (which i failed since the apps is not function, i cant topup). Lol. Edited. There, i just paid for the topup but theres nothing in the account. Took me another 15mins.

A Google user		 Was in transit in KLIA2 Airport. I saw these beautiful massage chairs and downloaded the app. It needs a local number to register!!! Comon... This is an international airport. You can't expect everyone in transit to have a local number!!!

A Google user		 Lousy and not functional apps. Machine all looks new but customer can only operate /activate it through apps. Well, when trying to top up through cards/ online transfer, it failed and popped out from the screen. A super failure apps which making lost for the company itself.
