Scam. Game freezes in the middle of playing. I am not able to complete any games or even try to win prizes. This app sucks! I have a Galaxy 24 and latest software versions, so there is nothing wrong with my phone. I don't have problems with any other apps, just this one. I bought over 10K coins, but lost them all because the game freezes in the middle of each try and never completes the drops to get any prizes. I filed with my bank to get my money back, because it is a SCAM!!!!!

I've noticed after playing so many times that the claw are set to not work when you pay with coins but put keys in to play and it has a strong grab. Then they charge you almost 5 bucks per item to ship no matter how small they are even if it's 3 tiny prizes to ship. It'd be 15 for the things that aren't worth more than a dollar. It's all a scam and haven't gotten any orders yet. But shipped a while ago.

Where did the prizes go? I've played this game for many years, but recently there aren't many prizes to pick from. Makes me not want to play because there aren't many options. Also, everybody needs to learn how to read. You win with keys = you pay shipping. You win with coins + clawee clubber membership = free shipping. Otherwise, you pay shipping. Sometimes, the prizes never show, and you have to contact support. The prizes will show but I don't like having to work extra for it.
