I love the tour options, was grateful to have tours in my language (English). The guides have all been super friendly with the company I used! The only thing holding this back from 5 stars is technical issues. Some of this seems due to Google maps locations not being set in a way people can pick you up everywhere. However, I had some trouble getting a hold of a driver when timing was off and I also had a tour cancel because it was overbooked. Make sure to book a couple days in advance.

App still shows tours that are filtered out. Price displayed in the app is actually twice the amount when trying to book for a single traveler. No way to contact tour operator for questions. Get Your Guide staff reply to questions and keep asking for more information including how much you have to spend instead of answering a simple question. Only good thing is lots of tours offered.

Our river tour of Malaka was very frustrated by using the app. The app presented me with a voucher that held a bar-code. I thought that would be all that I needed. What I needed was a QR code. That required me to go into the email and download the ticket. Access to my email wasn't available at the location. It was very frustrating. Don't send me a bar code if it won't be honored.
