| 2024-12-12 |  | | This app was great until it update on 12-10-24. The entire design is different to navigate. I upload photos, it shows 100% , and the photos aren't there. Every single time. I use this as a way to share photos of my preschool class, with parents. My coworkers app updated, and it did the same thing. It's hit or miss if either of us can upload one photo at a time. Absurd! |

Have deleted and reinstalled many times, logged back in, but continues to open a handful of photos but then repeats the same photos as you scroll and then goes to a white screen with blue loading circle but never comes off it. Even when I close app and reopen it fails after that. Extremely frustrating. |

Perfection However after the update of 2024 it lost everything- the interface became very confusing and not user-friendly, a lot of bugs, lugging on everything and at the end - NOT LOADING AT ALL!!! Very sorry to quit, I don't think I can find any replacement to what it used to be |

Being able to edit or delete comments, edit captions, or group photos together (when uploading) that are related/similar would enhance the app and be a great addition to a future update. A gallery tab would be another great addition so it would be easier to get to older photos without scrolling forever. We love being able to share photos of our baby girl with family and friends without all the ads or 100 other post to scroll through. Thanks |

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. 🤷 sometimes it will only upload 1 to 3 secs of your video, even if the video is under three minutes. There is not enough space to see all the text you type when you create captions. Cannot edit your comments if you need to, so you have to delete the comment and recreate it again. Very disappointed. |

Nobody wants to download apps on the phone, esp for apps like these were it's used once. App is glitchy. Does not allow more than 1 photo to be uploaded even though it says 15 may be uploaded at once. When i select second photo to upload, it does not even show up! Videos are also uploaded one by one. Media upload should offer album/directory options upfront and not hide in menu |

I've used Cluster for a while now and every time I try to upload pictures from my phone's camera (Galaxy s21 Ultra) it will let me get through the entire process, including hitting the post button, but then it will act like I never posted. I have checked with multiple members of my family and friend group and we all have the same issue with different phones. Please fix this, it's very annoying. |

Cluster is *not* a good option for storing and sharing anything you might ever want to see again. The website doesn't provide many details about the service beyond bare bones basics, which doesn't exactly inspire confidence with your privately-shared photos. I'd skip this one and stick with the proven providers (G Photos, iCloud, Dropbox, Flickr, Amazon Photos, etc) or one of the paid solutions. |
| 2022-04-09 |  | | This app used to be great, now whenever I try to upload photos or videos from my phone it allows me to choose the photos ans says processing then finalizing, and then nothing happens/uploads I have tried various photo books and every one of them has the same issues. I can only log into the website via a computer, which i have to transfer the pictures to, and then using a computer it will allow me to add stuff. This app needs some major fixes! |

My children's entire childhoods are documented in the app. Lately, I'm unable to upload new content, the website isn't working, and customer service (which used to be wonderful) is completely silent. I want to be able to download the photo/video backup of my groups from the website to my phone and it isn't working. So sad and angry. Thankfully, I've been printing the books for each year so everything isn't lost, BUT I will be moving to another app. They could have given warning and allowed faithful users to retrieve their memories. |
