Cannot accurately track busses. Busses just dont show up when planning a route. I waited for over an hour for a bus that simply never came. So my options are walk home in the rain, or wait another hour for the bus. What is the point in using this app of they cant provide BASIC information. Again do not use this app. A highschooler can do a bettr job at coding then the company that paid for this app.

I like how you switched to an in app wallet so you can screw us over even more. But hey, a least the buses show up almost 20% of the time! You got contracted with the city so we have no sa anyway, screw all us poors, we aren't people anyway! Seriously, whose dimwitted nephew needed to feel important? That's why all of Orlando's gotta deal with this, right? Some nepo hire, and you let him make the new app so his mom will get off your back? Well you're screwing over thousands of people.

I don't like that a rider has 5 minutes to use a ticket. Passes should have an unlimited time limit since they can be used for unlimited rides during their use. There aren't any maps to see where the bus is.

There are no weekly or monthly bus passes in this app, the Governor needs to know about this and do does the federal government

I pray your driver's aren't policing or enforcing this for 2024. I've been helping a senior citizen try to get to work tomorrow. I put 2$ on here only to find out it's no longer 90 minutes pass but one single transfer but he needs 2 transfers. Great... I add another 2.50 on the app and go to purchase the all day pass and the all day pass disappears leaving the 2$ one way only. That's false advertising, bait & switch, aka a scam to the poorest people there are. Shame on you!!! Disgusting...

1st review: 10+ tries to reset password. I had to reset password on my PC. 2nd review: I'm able to log in, but says I'm not active. This was on Sat 12/07/2024. I called Monday, opted for callback. It's Tues 12/10. No callback as of yet. Wonder if I'll ever get help? Leaving me stranded seems to be what they (Genfare/Access Lynx wants). Note: I have multiple disabilities so use Access Lynx.

Swing and a miss. I'm not able to buy 30 pay passes. The only options that are given are single rides. I put $25(yes I have a lynx ID) to order a 30 day pass and it's still only giving me single ride options. I honestly wish they would iron all the kinks out before they put out a new app. The other one was fine. And I can't even use the other one even though they said it's still available until mid January. So disappointed!

They don't tell you that you only have 5 minutes to use your ticket before it expires and disappears. As soon as you click the ticket after purchasing it, a timer begins counting down from 5:00 and once it reaches 0:00 no more ticket so if you didn't get on the bus in that time then you're out of luck and need to buy another ticket. It seems like it's done purposely that way to fleece riders of extra cash and it's unethical business practice. I deleted this useless fleecing app from my phone.

I was forced to download this app today because the old one isn't working (it wouldn't accept any of my cards) and with this new apparently you have to scan a barcode but I've been on at least three buses today and it won't scan.
