2024-08-29 | Johnny Metzger | 1.This app has faults! It needs a way to cancel a ticket purchase! I don't ride the Regional Bus BUT I accidentally tapped Regional instead of Primary. Could NOT cancel it! Went to Costumer Service Downtown. I asked if I could get a Credit or Refund, she said "It's not our fault!" and "We don't do Refunds!" , kept hearing this over and over again! Looks like MTA is MORE than HAPPY to take your money BUT they don't want to give it back! 2.Got an unknown 50 cent charge! | |
