| 2024-12-14 |  | | Gener8 sucks; and so does their team. If something doesn't work and you report it to them, don't expect them to fix it for at least a year. I've just a LOT of points because of the issues with receipt radar not working, plus other problems. You'll also unlikely ever be able to spend your points anyway as gift cards are hard to get and the amounts are ridiculously low anyway. I actually hate Gener8 with much disgust. Avoid. |

The app is Garbage they are just getting paid to farm your data. Don't install it it's a garbage app by a garbage company. Also after I downloaded the app I get a phone call the next day of some new scam. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau. |
| 2024-12-06 |  | | For a long while, haven't been able download my Google data, it always gets stuck at 92%. The updates haven't fixed it. I also agree with some of the comments people have mentioned on here regarding getting rewards. Have uninstalled the app. |

| 2024-10-27 |  | | Made an app password in my Google account I don't know but wouldn't progress past 92%. Now it won't do mfa on my phone when trying to sync with my Google account. It just stays stuck at the "2 step verification" screen waiting for a push notification that'll never arrive on my phone for some reason. I can only hope this didn't completely break my mfa for other stuff. My Google account claimed I had some 6 sessions open on my phone despite this. |

| 2024-10-21 |  | | *SCAM* This was good to begin with, but is pretty much useless now. It's virtually impossible to get gift cards (eg Amazon), as they "sell out" instantly. It's now been 3 months since I last managed to get a reward (a £3 Amazon voucher), and it was 6 months before that I got the previous one. They're asking for more and more info (access to entire Google account, live location data, access to emails, full access to phone and app data etc.) This is just a scam to access our data for free. |
