Was liking the game until the ad made the game crash.. Forced to use the ads to play because the alternative is too valuable..... Lost my progress after the crash.....

I like the time put into developing the intro, the artwork was very cool and the story is interesting. The game itself is very strange but as far as I can tell you are just exploring each system to level up and move forward. Im not totally sure if I will have fun since everything has timers. It has some extra content as you explore planets although you really do start out insanely weak and lose to everything. I got this with the play pass so the game feels like it is decent as a premium version.

I didn't expect much when I started. But I have found myself spending more and more time on it, just to see what I'm going to run into next. I've found it quite entertaining. The combat and general gameplay are easy to pick up on, and many things can be bought without spending. Highly recommend PlayPass with this one though. EVERYTHING can then be purchased with in-game currency (only on paid PlayPass sub - not trial), which is earned even while not playing. It's a great deal for around $5/mo.

There is a lot of promise in this game, but some interface issues get in the way. 1) I should always be able to see my troops. Currently, large enemies can block my troops from being visible. 2) Tap twice to move just like to fire. I moved one of my best ranged units when I thought I was selecting a target. 3) If I repair a robot, I shouldn't have to go click on them to complete the repair and restore them to service. They should be made available the next battle after the repair.

A very entertaining strategy game which, unlike most I've encountered in the genre, holds almost nothing behind paywalls except a couple premium units which are never 100% necessary to progress. It will eat you alive if you don't consider your moves in battle carefully, but that just means resource grinding until you can get replacement units and that's a fairly simple process since pre deposits respawn/refill relatively quickly and power regens well even with the noobiest ship.

*Edit: I only recommend this to those who have pass.* I really enjoyed this games narrative, it has its bugs and they can be mildly annoying, but none of them made me stop playing. I was eager for each epic moment of weirdness, every useless discovery, belligerent absolutism and the powerful bravado of the captain, the clone in the zone,,, of stupid.

Loads of potential but seriously needs polish. It's in dire need of proofreading and correcting, endless errors (some incredibly obvious, others not so much) that really ruin the immersion. It's also worded in a way I imagine a teenage boy to phrase things. Again, potential is there but it needs work.

Combat at 1st is really confusing. Hoping to get a hang if it all. Even with the "tutorial" there is a lot of guessing and then seeing what the consequence is that usually results in dying or losing out on something only because it's not clear what you're supposed to do. Most likely I'll end up restarting the game once I learn from many mistakes.

Okay, I have to start by pointing out that the fact that this is a one person's ambition come to life and I could not be happier for it. You can pigeon hole the game as yet another turn based game in an ocean of similar games. But then again, if you were ready to skip you would not be reading this. So this game gets massive bonus points because I love fourth wall breaking and this has it in spades. Great dialogue and a very refreshing entry into the genre, and I had a riot with the game! Play.

Good start? However I'm confused if this is a beta? Seems like there's lots of content missing. There is no middle or end of plot, theres only 1 race despite more being in the codex and shown off. The last two planets seem locked off? Seems unfinished by quite a way. Also items shouldn't be only obtainable from money, have both options. Great start though, I love the little side stories.
