I like sitting higher; others lower. So this app gives a perfect angles from any available seat in the stadium. Great pricing too and fees are very reasonable considering the games are all sell outs. |

They allow you to resell through their app. The tickets sold, but a week or so after they sent an email saying my tickets were used or fake. I bought them from HERE!!!! Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. Also fees made the price almost double. |

Gametime has one of the lower prices but if you run into an issue, your own your own, worst customer service, they never respond. I rarely need assistance, and wouldn't need at all, had they sent tickets I paid for. So good prices, compared to the other ripoff fees, but non existent service in a nutshell. |

I recently spoke with someone who wouldn't let me return the tickets I purchased even though it was within 24 hours. They offered me a credit but I didn't want that, their return policy states I could return them within 24 hours. Between that and hidden fees, I wouldn't recommend this app anymore and it's so unfortunate because I recommended this app to so many people in the past. |

No notification is sent out for cancelation or postponed event. 1 of the bands dropped out and didn't play at the new date & they wouldn't do a partial refund. I get that it's 3rd party but all those hidden fees they can do something about but refuse. So I paid $300 for 2 tickets and didn't even get to see the reason for buying them and was not accommodated in any way. Asked to text with a manger and was denied. UNINSTALLING |

You can see deals for this weekend but not future weekends, you can't apply specific date ranges or combine filters. If you already know about a show it's easy to find on the app. And if you have the time to endlessly scroll through the all section you can definitely come across great finds. Overall good app that delivers what it promises but could be more. |

I then remembered about the GAMETIME app. I had never used it before but decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised when I wound up getting 2 seats in a better location for a much cheaper price. The show was amazing and the seats were great!!! I'd recommend that anyone looking for tickets to any event check the GAMETIME APP FIRST! You'll be glad you did! |

It was via chat. The agent was amazing! She researched and found the tickets and explained to me the policy they have in place to prevent my tickets from being counterfeited. She then resolved my my issue. Amazing communication and excellent customer service! |
