I dont see any other game where the characters are having little group meetings or waving at the player. It makes me excited for every new pony! |

Then the next day, when the game finally loaded, it sent me back to the very beginning. I have sent an email asking about it. I yet to get a response from anyone about this. I had gotten pretty far into and had a good collection going. Wish gameloft would respond to my problems. |
| 2024-11-18 |  | | Amazing. The customer service is amazing, I got a new phone. And I was able to transfer my account from my old phone to my new one in a matter of days. The game is also quite fun, and the ponies aren't too hard to get. Though like any mobile game it really push for you to spend money to get cooler ponies. Which is annoying but understandable. Overall it's a really good high quality game for what you'd expect. HOWEVER sometimes when you leave the game, it doesn't save your progress. :( |

I gotta say, the way the ads work now and that there's a subscription based thing is a little disappointing and takes away from the nature of the game. The prices on stuff are also expensive so it just saddens me a little that this happened to a game targeted at kids. Still love the game though. |

I'd like to have this fixed pls. I've prolly spent around 80 real life dollars. And I know that's not much to some people but that's a lot to me. And I'd greatly appreciate it if I could get all my gameplay transferred to the new one. |
| 2024-11-05 |  | | ive played this game a long time, growing up as a mlp loving little girl this was on EVERY device i had. however, what makes me give it 2 stars is the fact that theres no ability to make an account to be able to log into on different devices to save progress in case your device breaks or you lose it. On my old phone i picked the game back up after like 4 years and i played for months nonstop and was about level 80, i broke my phone and lost ALL my progress. please fix this |

I'm still having this issue and today ALL my progress got erased. I don't even know what I did to make that happen as I didn't delete my account. Please fix this issue ASAP. Edit: I got it back. |
| 2024-10-21 |  | | I had this game years ago when I was still a little kid, so when I had seen it on the app store around 2-3 weeks ago I was feeling nostalgic and decided to redownload it. I've now gotten further in the past 2-3 weeks of Playing than I did in the few years I had this game as a kid. It's surprisingly well made and I genuinely have found so much enjoyment from the game. The only thing that bothers me is that they never added more songs to the equestria girls mini game. (Gimme the dazzlings pls) |

Whenever I watch an ad to get something, say an in game currency, the ad ends and says my reward is granted. When I click the x, however, it will not let me go back into the game. It doesn't freeze, because I can click anything. The only way to get back to playing is to press the back button on my phone. Even with that, I don't get the rewards. The game itself is good, and this is the only issue I have. |

One of my favorite games on my phone. Love it!!! Edit again: I had talked to Customer Care and was able to get my progress back! It took a couple of days, but I had finally gotten it. 馃槇 |
