I like playing. Nice diversion for a while. I don'tmind the ads because it's a free game for me. That was back in 2017. Things have changed for the worse. My game glitched, it took several days to resolve and I lost time and event tokens and event progress and tappers. They only gave me back the event coins. I gave up. I was looking at going to Dreamlite but same company so NO. Shame 6 years of playing and it's just now a money grab.

it's just like every other town building game this time with the Disney nostalgia. Besides all the fun characters being behind a pay wall (to be expected) the game runs evens with unobtainable goals they drag you in with promises of play and look what you can win but character are mathematically impossible to get without spending and fans have figures this out and have asked the company to change and the company does not see to listen to its customers/fans. There are better versions of this game

has been an okay game, but since the update, i can't use the game at all. it would load and i can touch 1 button(settings) but that is it. I can't move the screen nor can i interact with the characters. the daily rewards still work when first entering the game. the characters and the kids are still moving.

Absolute Pure Greed!!! Don't waste your time, or your hard-earned money on this game. The monetization is absolutely greedy paying $30+ for a Season Pass that doesn't really give you all that much aside from a few characters, 1 maybe 2 buildings if you're lucky, and is super difficult to complete if you're not getting all your dailies/weeklies completed as well as spending even more money to make sure you complete the event tasks for Season Pass progress also. Seriously, fix your game!

I've been playing this game for about 7 years now and it has always been one of my favorites. However, it's becoming impossible to enjoy the game without spending real money, especially when it comes to collecting characters. I'm fine with the 6 mystery chests for $10 but now you're starting to charge $20-$25 for ONE character??? That's crazy!! Entire game is just becoming a full-on cash grab. Very disappointing.

You guys should just rename this game,"the waiting game".Cause that's literally all there is to do 95% of the time.I love disney characters & I love decorating but all I seem to be doing,is waiting for the characters to finish tasks.Other than that, all there is to do is place buildings, which aren't easy to get, considering everything costs magic to get, which is also needed to do other stuff.

Basically pay to play now. Very obvious cash grab now. The events are just hard enough that you need to spend actual money to complete or spend every waking moment on the app. It is very hard to win challenges (which only reward those who spend oodles of money), and it is unrealistic to expect to win in the top 10 without spending. The prizes for those who place in challenges have changed from 1-10 to only for those who win first. The game has changed so much that what used to be enjoyed is gone

Tldr: I spent probably close to $400 over the years on this game, purchased multiple character. Lost everything. Game is not good quality anymore. Edit in response to devs: I have tried to reach out before, they told me that the order #s from my Google purchase history were wrong. Doesn't make any sense. I wiped out the email account years ago so the Google emails with receipts are also gone. So unless they actually accept my stuff this time, it's a waste of time or I'd have spent more$ on it

Just got a new phone. Had everything tranferred, and it stole all my game progress and sent me back to 0! Not happy. Enjoyable game bring to life many beloved characters from Disney films. Take time to gain levels, or pay to play and go faster. As with any game, there will be times to gain more with purchases than playing for free. Fun game and good graphics either way you play.

Silly Symphony Event was the last straw for me. Gameloft made it impossible to obtain final character without spending money. 30 dollars for one character is nuts. You can buy a full game for that kind of money. Put up with so many negative changes over the past few updates, tower events too difficult, an expensive Season Pass, not enough land for your rides etc and increasing the number of tokens to upgrade attractions to a ridiculous number. Gameloft doesn't listen to feedback. Uninstalled.
