You are unable to, either from the app or the website, so I thought that it would be canceled at the end of the trial, like othet services. Nope, now I'm out nearly 60 bucks for the next two week. Not very trustworthy. If it's that hard/confusing to end a subscription, it's easy to imagine our data being easily shared to those, who made it so we needed a VPN |

Doesn't work consistently and doesn't work in all cities but that seems to be the norm for China. And every once in a while, just stops working even in "good" cities. So far it's served it's purpose and it always works with LTE, it's only hotel wifi that sometimes starts blocking vpn. Customer service is great. Some good suggestions occasionally that work. China is difficult so you do what you can. |

There's not exactly just one server that I can consistently rely on day to day, or even hour to hour, for steady or fast connection. I have to try multiple servers before I can usually connect, which does take a few minutes. And the server that's recommended based on my location isn't guaranteed to work either. Whole thing is really a hit-or-miss situation. |

Still no able to use after 1 year and they haven't credited me or offered an extension of service for all the time I have not been able to use it. | 2021-02-01 |  | | This is an inexpensive vpn and seems to do its job well for a good price if you never turn off your device or lose your connection (say, to wifi, if that's what you use). The problem comes in when you do go offline and reconnect later. Although there is a "reconnect" option that any person paying for a vpn would select, this slider is merely decorative. Your device will NEVER reconnect to your VPN automatically and once you disconnect and reconnect, you are vulnerable to hackers. Beware. |

I usually have to restart the app for the UI to refresh that it is connected to a specific region and often the UI gets stuck. All that being said, it does 'work'...it just feels like a cheaper VPN...which I guess it is. Hoping to see the app quality improve a bit. |

PayPal subscription applies, app does not let you connect saying you have to renew the sub. When you go to renew, you get an error that your invoice has already been processed. And the loop goes on.
