There are links to partner offers, but 80% of the links don't work. It is constantly asking you to log in. There used to be a button to convert Avios/Nectar points - who knows where that went. This isn't new - it's an annoyingly frequent problem. Curiously, the SmartShop app has been consistently reliable although why Sainsbury's can't consolidate the two apps into one is another question. | |

Also keeps logging you out of the app. Most supermarket apps seem to work without regular logins, you just click open the app. Sometimes won't accept correct passwords as well. Nicely laid out and very intuitive to use app but every few months has bugs especially when new promotion schemes are introduced. Competitions are fun but why lots of click to accept terms and conditions box's as we have already given this. | |

Still not been sorted. My wife has also tried to speak to someone via Facebook (as I don't have it) however they where unable to speak to her regarding this. Tried contacting then by phone and messenger just to be told my account looks fine. No-one seems to understand it's an issue with their 2 factor authentification that needs fixing. I've spoken to customer service twice now to try and resolve this issue with no resolution as of yet. Was told on the last call that this would be escalated to their tech team to look into. Like every 2 weeks the same offers for frozen peas and corn which last me 8 to 12 months. Nectar offers and discounts have been heavily diluted over the past decade or so. I've bought other items repeatedly but never been given offers on them only on perishable and loss leaders. |
