But they make it so hard to find the option to cancel my subscription that my trail ended and I'm not sure if they charged me or not. Help me delete my account, end my trail/subscription and payment information from being used again or at all in the future! Does not download full videos or do what I need it to do at all. Only downloads clips of videos even with the paid subscription added so yeah. No good for me please end subscription. |

The developer responded that it was for the free version, and premium gives you no ads. I'm not going to buy the premium version of an app without trying it for free, first, and I couldn't even use it long enough to try a download, because of so many pop ups. I've used this app about a year ago and the ads were never this bad. |
| 2024-09-12 |  | | REPLY TO DEVELOPER: A custom download folder, add removal, and unlimited downloads are the only perks you advertise, and that's nowhere near workthe the now $14.99/week (Was $12.99 last night) price. The downloader can't even use the page title or other sources for the downloaded file name, something FOSS alternatives can. Unless there's some revolutionary perk I'm missing, I stand by saying that it's overpriced for something it's competitors do way better for far less. |

The app bombarded me with endless ads, making it impossible to even test its functionality properly. On top of that, it kept crashing during startup, leaving me unable to use it at all. I'm requesting a refund as this app simply didn't deliver on its promises. |

That's why I downloaded it, and quite frankly, the description, at least back when I installed it, said it did JUST THAT!!! I've already got 2 different Downloader apps that I use for websites I access through a browser, AKA Porn. And both of those have worked flawlessly & AS ADVERTISED the entire time I've had them installed. So, I'm not interested in switching out either for this heaping trash fire |

They want $12.89 per WEEK in auto renewed subscription to remove this...and half the time it fails to parse the files you're looking for anyway. Its a real shame when useful tools flimg themselves into the cash-grab bandwagon. Would give zero stars now if i could. =/ |

Could not actually try downloading anything with all the *full screen ads* and redirects. Uninstalled. Will NOT be paying for premium. Reply to developer - NO. If you really wanted a customer to pay you you would let them see your product actually working. All we have seen is that you make good click bait. |

Choosing the images to download is a bit of a joke what with the images being so small. A mediocre performance, but as of right now it's the best the app store is offering. |

Now, the d/l's are limited to a really small number of files and if you want the app to do what it used to, your required to upgrade. I thought I already did! How can you delete features on an already purchased app. I hope the developer gets back to me. |
| 2021-10-10 |  | | I hate to say it, but all the negative reviews are spot on. I decided to skip pass the trial and pay for the unlimited pass for $12.99. It doesn't work. The Get Files button is missing at the bottom of the page. You can access it in the menu button in the top left corner. However, it says you have to enter a url to begin search. When select ok the whole menu goes away and you are back at the first screen where the url you entered is still there. This app does absolutely nothing. |
